There are two levels of real estate licensing in Massachusetts: Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Salesperson. Applicants for either license must complete a mandatory 40-hour course offer The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Board Anyone wanting to obtain The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons requires anyone who wants to get their Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license to attend the 40-Hour course at an approved school, before you can take the state exam.

We offer the 40-Hour Real Estate Salespersonalesperson  License class in Peabody, at the Holiday Inn. The class is taught by a live instructor, not a video. The 4-Day class is given over 2 weekends on Saturday and Sunday. There are breaks throughout the day and one hour for lunch. The price for the class is only $349.00. The book is included in the price of the class, however you should bring a notebook, pens, high-lighter and a simple calculator. After you finish the class, you should be prepared to continue to study until you take the exam. After you complete the class, you will be given the Candidates Handbook which will allow you to schedule your exam with the testing service. Exam dates are usually 2-3 weeks from the day you call to schedule. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you may attend the next class at no additional charge, for up to one year after you complete the class. The exam fee is $85 for Salesperson at this time. If you need to retake the exam, the cost is $54. Upon passing the exam, your license will be issued right at the testing center and the cost for the license is $115.00 for Salesperson License and $157.00 for the Broker License +/- (prorated to your birthday).  Broker candidates are also required to purchase and bring a $5000 Surety Bond to the exam center. I hope to see you in class real soon and,
