Mostly all about me…and him.

Bill Morgan started practicing real estate brokerage in the early 1980s. Not long afterward, he began teaching the mandatory courses needed to qualify for Massachusetts real estate licensure and the courses needed to maintain the licensed status. Until his recent retirement, Bill's mission was to teach honestly, with humor, and jam-packed with information.

John Proudian entered the real estate business in the mid-1980s and began teaching in the mid-1990s. Shortly after opening this school, Bill invited John to join and share the workload. John came equipped with a skewed sense of humor and a strong desire to simplify mind-boggling concepts.

John is licensed to practice real estate brokerage in Louisiana, Maine, and Massachusetts where he is an Approved Real Estate Instructor. He is a Certified Distance Education Instructor, too. While remaining an unremarkable member of the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS® and the Real Estate Educators Association, he has also succeeded in maintaining a low profile on social media.

Oh, one more thing. The Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy operates independently as a neutral provider of real estate education. It is not affiliated with a brokerage agency, firm, franchise, or team. It does not promote the interests of any company of real estate licensees. It does not recruit talent on behalf of such parties. The Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy dwells without bias among all real estate tribes.

Visitors to this website during 2019 learned that Bill Morgan would be retiring after 35 years of real estate involvement. In the early 2000s, he took his talent for grabbing the listener’s attention and turned it into the Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy. With purpose, attention to detail, and his passion for capturing knowledge and conveying it to others, Bill single-handedly left his mark on former clients and students. A little later, I joined him as the loyal companion who would continue to teach countless classes without damaging the school's reputation. Bill is my friend.

This Navy veteran, father, broker, instructor, and eccentric has returned to the land of his wife’s birth, Thailand. He’s long been swept up by its enticements. It seems that there are more fragrances to smell, ancient sights to behold, and natural wonders that require his gaze. He also mumbled something about a more affordable quality of life, but this must have been poppycock!

I wish for Bill a safe journey, good health, and heavy doses of serenity.
