Bill Morgan started practicing real estate brokerage in the early 1980s. Not long afterward, he began teaching the mandatory courses needed to qualify for Massachusetts real estate licensure and the courses needed to maintain the licensed status. Until his recent retirement, Bill's mission was to teach honestly, with humor, and jam-packed with information.
John Proudian entered the real estate business in the mid-1980s and began teaching in the mid-1990s. Shortly after opening this school, Bill invited John to join and share the workload. John came equipped with a skewed sense of humor and a strong desire to simplify mind-boggling concepts.
John is licensed to practice real estate brokerage in Louisiana, Maine, and Massachusetts where he is an Approved Real Estate Instructor. He is a Certified Distance Education Instructor, too. While remaining an unremarkable member of the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS® and the Real Estate Educators Association, he has also succeeded in maintaining a low profile on social media.
Oh, one more thing. The Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy operates independently as a neutral provider of real estate education. It is not affiliated with a brokerage agency, firm, franchise, or team. It does not promote the interests of any company of real estate licensees. It does not recruit talent on behalf of such parties. The Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy dwells without bias among all real estate tribes.
"John was great...he was extremely professional (And very funny too, in a dry kind of way) so he made the class interesting. He's not only professional but very good at what he does. I mean a lot of people probably "know" their stuff but wouldn't be able to teach it but John really has a talent.
John stayed on schedule but never rushed anything, he went at a very comfortable pace."
"I just want to let you know that I pass my test and got my license. Also, I would like to thank you for all the support, encouragement and accommodations you provided for me.
I took many classes and many tests in my life , met many instructors , teachers and professors , but you are The Best!!!"
"I really enjoyed your class and thought it was an excellent way to learn about Real Estate in Massachusetts. Your ability to simplify real estate concepts as an instructor was impressive and appreciated. Thank you for everything you taught me and I look forward to doing some continuing education classes with you in the future."
"I've been a student in many a classroom in my life with the intent of "continued improvement" and I must say that with the breadth of information taught and shared the classes were NEVER boring. John made the classes fun and informative and was always extremely patient in answering our questions. Great Teacher!"
"John was an outstanding instructor and I enjoyed the course much more than I thought possible."
"Hi John, hope all is well. I was in your…Salesperson class and wanted to thank you for your dedication to teach the material! I was able to pass my exam on the first try about a month ago and appreciated your textbook and material so much when studying.
- A happy student,"
"I had an excellent experience with your class. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and his teaching style really helped make the 10 hour days move along. He was extremely informative and took the time to thoroughly answer all questions. He touched upon and transitioned to all the subject matters in a way that made the material easy to follow. His stories and examples were memorable and made for great memorization aids. I couldn't have asked for a better prep course."
"The class was so informative and the material was right on."
"Absolutely, your teaching method, technique, and your knowledge have played a tremendous role in my passing of the exam. Sincerely appreciated."
