Chapter 93H and to protect the privacy of your personal information, please DO NOT submit through this website or email any document containing social security number, driver's license number or state-issued I.D. number, bank or other financial account numbers, bank or other financial institution routing number, any credit card or other account number, the name of any minor child, and birth date. If you need to send such information, please contact us to arrange the sending of this information securely.
If you purchase BMREA's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. A third-party payment processor usually takes payment for services. We direct you to their privacy policy and terms of use. The information collected from the consumer's credit card or debit card and includes the account number, security code, and expiration date appearing on the credit or debit card.
When payment is made in-person with a paper bank check, information appearing on its front face may be retained along with the driver's license number or other supporting identification suitable for securing the transaction.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. When you elect to use certain products or services, you may be required to provide certain personal information necessary for that particular transaction. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstake or contest sponsored by one of our partners or us; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or otter payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. BMREA will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you concerning services and/or products you have requested from us.
