Real estate brokers and real estate salespersons must maintain their license on active status in order to practice. However, two key conditions have to be satisfied: the license needs to have been renewed and continuing education needs to have been completed through an approved school.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that licensees fulfill 12 hours of continuing education every two years. The Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy offers two affordable choices. Both are a collection of six individual 2-hour topics.
Our ONLINE courses have been professionally developed and can be done at your own pace. Each one may be taken separately for $15. The price for all six 2-hour courses is $50 (after applying the discount code).

Our LIVE day-long session is informative and entertaining. Students who prefer to attend two half-day sessions may do so at no additional charge. The program is offered monthly or more frequently but locations may vary. Former students know that the live class is a lively one. You will not be bored to tears. Suffering will be kept to a minimum, so give it a try. You may even have a good time.
The price for the live classroom experience is only $125. Enroll securely online at the ENROLL page. Walk-ins are welcome and may pay on the morning of the class by cash, check, or credit card. Registration is at 7:45 AM. Classes run from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. You will depart with the completion certificate in-hand.
