Real estate brokers and real estate salespersons must maintain their license on active status in order to practice. However, two key conditions have to be satisfied: the license needs to have been renewed and continuing education needs to have been completed through an approved school.
The Bill Morgan Real Estate Academy offers ONLINE continuing education to the licensees of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Courses have been professionally developed and can be done at your own pace. Visit the ONLINE COURSES page to proceed.
Our LIVE day-long session is informative and entertaining. This in-person program is offered only to Massachusetts licensees a few times a year. Former students know that the live class is a lively one. You will not be bored to tears. Suffering will be kept to a minimum.
Live sessions are not held regularly. Once a class day is scheduled, the date and location will appear on the SCHEDULE page. Class runs from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. You will depart with the completion certificate in-hand.
